TRansportation ACcess (TRAC)

´╗┐Transportation is the key to maintaining independence for older adults and people with disabilities in our community.

TRAC arranges the most appropriate transportation solution, using the full range of community transporation options. TRAC is not a transportation provider, but will help put you in touch with providers that meet your needs.

Do you need a ride for a medical appointment, to go shopping, or even to visit a friend?

If you live in Monroe County, are 60 or older or have a disability, call us at 585-325-2800. A TRAC Mobility Specialist will tell you about your transportation options, and can even arrange the ride for you.

Our help is free. Ride fees vary based on eligibility and your needs.

  • Professional, Safe, Timely

TRAC is a collaborative service operated by Eldersource, and partially funded by the FTA RGRTA New Freedom funds and the United Way of Greater Rochester.
